I am writing to follow up with my initial complaints, in which I stated that XXXX XXXX XXXX double charged my capital one bank credit card for a transaction of {$1600.00} for {$3300.00}. Unfortunately however, I still have not received my refund and Capital one bank has continued to charge interest on the fraudulent charge. I am appealing to you to mandate capital one bank to refund the exorbitant interest they have charged on my credit card, and stop further interest charges on this card until the issue is resolved.
