I have an account with Blockfi. I have money stored in a digital wallet. Per their terms and conditions, I am able to deposit and withdraw my money at any time. However, due to the recent events at XXXX, they are no longer letting account holders withdraw their money. I have tried to email, chat, and call Blockfi with no response. All that they say is that they've paused activity on their platform and clients are no longer able to withdraw money. What worries me is that an article from the XXXX XXXX XXXX came out today that they're filing for bankrupcy : https : XXXX. I just want to withdraw the money from my account. Please help!!!
