See attached. As pursuant to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( a ) ( XXXX ) I never gave these companies written instructions to pull my report. The companies reached out to me and let me know that they have sent letters to equifax informing the to remove these unauthorized inquiries. Equifax know that according to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( b ) when they do their investigations they must prepare XXXX accurate report to the XXXX. Remove these XXXX inquiries immediately. XXXX XX/XX/2021 XXXX XX/XX/2021. This is a defamation of my character and I want {$1000.00} for each inquiry because equifax came back stating that they spoke to these companies and it was verified when that was not true. Equifax was not being fair and equitable and I suffered from. I will be taking this to federal court if I don't get my remedy
