on XX/XX/22 I deposited a personal check from another checking account into wells fargo. It went through no problem and cleared. On XX/XX/22 I tried to deposit another check and keeps giving me an error message. When I called the first two times the reps kept hanging up on me. The third time i called and got transfered to escallation team. She advise me that she doesnt know why it took one check but not this one since its drawn on same account. She said to go into branch but I live 4hours away from a branch. My account is overdrawn and have no way of deposting any money since they wont take my checks. I believe they did this on purpose so they could charge me overdraft fees. This is the second time since opening my account that this has happen. The only time I have gotten any resolution was filing a complaint.
