I still have the previous complaint. I will sum it up briefly again. Hello, I spent over a month trying to sort this issue with the Upgrade , Inc. Their numbers on the statements do not match. I spent about 2 hours on the phone with their rep/supervisor XXXX and explained to him the problem. He should have escalated to back office, explain that we looked at XXXX or 4 months timeframe to isolate all disputes that were causing the confusion. We calculated all my payments, interest accrued during those 4 months, it created shortage of {$1200.00}. After that we deducted the 2 deposits to XXXX ( XXXX and XXXX ) and there is still around XXXX short. I called later and was practically blown off by other reps including rude XXXX XXXX who hung up on me, and then XXXX who basically stonewalled me. He said everything is correct. I asked him to either connect me to the the department who does the review, and he refused that. I asked him then to forward my email with explanation to that department and to forward back to me their response- he refused that too. Their statements are designed to be impossible to understand a thing, and I am a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Their customer service is just as bad, and company acts as a fraud. I borrowed close to $ XXXX from them across XXXX accounts, and never was late while paid off almost all I owe, and for that I get such treatment. HERE IS THE ASK : PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH DETAILED CALCULATION OF EACH TRANSACTION RELATED CHARGE, TRANSACTIONS LIST AND EVERYTHING ELSE THAT IMPACTS THE BALANCE INCLUDING THE INTEREST FROM XX/XX/XXXX TILL XX/XX/XXXX. YOU MUST ACOMODATE YOUR CLIENT AND EXPLAIN HOW YOU CHARGED ME AND FOR WHAT
