I am an identity theft victim, and I am filing this complaint because of the false information I discovered in my reports. The following things are not associated with me, and neither have I authorized them or received any money, products, or services as a result of identity theft. The Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC Section 1681i, has not been followed by the TransUnion, XXXX, and XXXX Credit Bureaus, therefore it is illegal to continue publishing unverified information within the legal time frame without any supporting documentation. I'm asking the credit reporting companies to entirely delete the bogus accounts and information from my credit file in line with Fair Credit Reporting Act section XXXX.
