I am XXXX XXXX and my wife is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. We got a loan from Santander Bank in XX/XX/XXXX to buy a new car XXXX XXXX and the interest rate is XXXX XXXX. We asked to decreased the interest rate the last month ( XX/XX/XXXX ) because we permanently have received offers from another banks the offer to us interests rate that are between XXXX and XXXX XXXX annual. Santander Bank never answered our claim and we are paying a high interest rate ( XXXX XXXX ), and we would like to get the interest rate offers other banks. For us do not have sense to pay higher interest rates knowing that the interest rates are below average of Santander Bank. Please do something about it.
