Good day to all at the CFPB. Thank you for your service. My name is XXXX. I am being discriminated against and treated unfairly by the false and deceptive business practices of the for profit and non government affiliated company called EQUIFAX. I contacted EQUIFAX on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to the agents about the discrepancies on my report and that my consumer report is more accurate and much different on XXXX than Equifax and I also notified them that I sent over a hand written letter outlining my instructions on how my personal information on my consumer credit report is inaccurate and came from the EQUIFAX data Breach in XXXX including but not limited too misspellings of my name, employer, collections, and negative accounts and that I want them removed within 5 days because I want to buy my XXXX home. The EQUIFAX agent told me that in order for any information to be disputed on my consumer credit report by me that I need to send in a copy of my Social Security Credit Card. I found that odd considering what I told the agent. I asked the agent to start a consumer investigation on my behalf and the agent said I had to send in my Social Security Credit Card.
