XXXX XXXX placed my XXXX for collection with a debt collector. There was no bill sent to me the parent and person listed as payee on insurance form/card. Ive contacted the debt collector company to have them update/remove the collection from my daughters credit file because that is illegal. I was told that I can pay to have it removed from her credit files. The debt is valid and I will pay once it is taken out of my minor childs name.
