Fay Servicing started paying my property taxes in XX/XX/2022 and when I called several times in XXXX and XXXX and asked why Fay all of the sudden started paying my property taxes ( after 16 years of me reliably paying them on my own ), I was told by their customer service representatives XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and several other representatives that Fay Servicing had received a delinquency notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that asked Fay to pay my taxes. I asked every one of these customer service representatives to send me a copy of this letter/notice claiming I was delinquent. I followed up with this request several times in writing on XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/2022, as well as XX/XX/2022, however, I have not received a copy of the notice/letter Fay claimed to have received from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX other taxing authority.
