I consolidated my student loans back in XX/XX/2022 which are now with XXXX, and Experian has repeatedly kept XXXX of my student loan accounts for {$10000.00} as still in collections and default. I have disputed this account XXXX times since XXXX and provided additional supporting documentation which was used to resolve the status of all my other student loans, but they refuse to correct the error on this one. I filed a dispute in Last XXXX 2022, XX/XX/2022, and again XX/XX/2022. I have called them twice as well without success. XXXX XXXX documents link will not work, and they have kept my account in the investigation status so that I cant dispute it again or add additional documents. They have incorrect and outdated lender contact information as well. I have since lost my job and my security clearance. I need help.
