XXXX XXXX has done everything since suing me and having to withdraw it. I have no taxable income so they couldn't get any money out of me after I lost everything going into forced retirement. This is yet another violation. These two XXXX XXXX cards, one with a balance of {$8300.00} and another card with a balance of {$3400.00} are both charged off accounts. This is inaccurate reporting. Secondly, both are reporting as " open '' on my XXXX report and on my Myfico report. Both are violations of my rights. THIS INVESTIGATION HAS TAKEN LONGER THAN 30 DAYS!
