On or about XX/XX/2022 the company was contacted by me regarding information I believe inaccurate and/or incorrect being reported on my credit reports. I asked the company to provide account level document regarding the account. I asked the company to provide proof of ownership of the account among many other items which can be seen clearly in the attached documents the company has failed to respond and failed to delete the information it is reporting as accurate.
