This is XXXX XXXX submitting this CFPB complaint requesting once again to the Credit reporting Agencies to remove the disputed Fraudulent accounts being reported on my Credit File. Under the Fair Credit reporting Act section 605b, the Credit Reporting Agencies are required to remove any accounts and information that resulted due to identity theft. Again, I was a victim of identity theft and this is another request to remove the information from my credit file resulting from the identity theft. Per FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ) you are required to remove any accounts not later than 4 business days after XX/XX/XXXX. Ive already included this report in my previous letter & I am including it again. Also, the information you provided on some accounts are UNKNOWN to me and REMOVED from other bureaus and I have doubts about their accuracy. Also, the Credit Bureaus have failed to send me copies of proof of verification as a result of their investigation, and yet they still continued reporting the disputed accounts on my Credit File! This action of the Credit Bureaus have violated a consumer rights under the FCRA and therefor the accounts should be removed immediately.
