Im filing a complaint against Experian Credit Bureau because they have failed to do their due diligence to address my prior complaint to some disparities ive noticed being reported the XXXX credit reporting agencies, Experian, XXXX, and XXXX. I had recently been informed that my SOCIAL SECURITY AND DRIVERS LICENSE HAS BEEN COMPROMISED. ALL PREVIOUS ADDRESS MUST BE DELETED THAT HAVE NO AFFILITION TO OPEN ACCOUNTS MY REQUEST ON FORMER COMPLAINT ID XXXX https : //www.consumerfinance.gov/ In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act, Experian has violated my right to privacy. FCRP Statues -15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A. States I have the right to Privacy -15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A, Section 2 States that a Consumer Reporting Agency can not furnish an account without my written Consent. ANY ACCOUNT INFORMATION REPORTED FOUND INACCURATE UPON REVIEW, SAID ACCOUNTS MUST BE DELETED FROM CREDIT REPORT Im attaching several documents to that indicates Experian did not comply with the ethical standards set by the FCRP with regards to gathering and furnishing correct/relevant information.
