Consumer Narrative

In this CFPB complaint, XXXX XXXX is requesting once more that the credit reporting agencies remove the challenged fraudulent accounts that are still shown on my credit record. According to Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 605b, the Credit Reporting Agencies are required to erase any accounts and information that were the result of identity theft. I was a victim of identity theft once more, and I'm requesting once more to have information gained through identity theft deleted from my credit report. In line with FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ), any accounts must be deleted no later than four business days after XX/XX/XXXX. I had shared this report in my previous letter, and I'm publishing it again. I have my questions regarding the veracity of the information you provided on several accounts because I am UNKNOWN to you and REMOVED from other bureaus. My credit report should be cleared of the following accounts : XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Open Date XX/XX/XXXX Balance {$3200.00} XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Open Date XX/XX/XXXX Balance {$2400.00} XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Date AssignedXXXX Original Balance {$2900.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Date Assigned XX/XX/XXXX Original Balance {$1300.00}. Despite their inability to send me copies of the proof of verification from their investigation, the Credit Bureaus kept the disputed accounts on my Credit File! Since the Credit Bureaus ' actions violated a consumer 's FCRA rights, the accounts should be immediately terminated.
