I've completed a Private Administrative Procedure/Dispute, Affidavits, Notices and Defaults all that where mailed to the corporate office and received on XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX, addressed to CEO XXXX XXXX XXXX his CFO XXXX XXXX XXXX REQUEST FOR VERIFICATION & VALIDATION OF MORTAGE DEBT AFFIDAVIT & ALL DOCUMENTS SECURITIZATIONS & INSTRUMENTS FOR MORTAGE AGREEMENT. Also Informing them about the fraud that was found, within and throughout their mortgage process. None of my affidavits or notices where answered, also the request for the refunds of all payment including the fees for a copyright violation that they keep on violating so for in an excess of XXXX XXXX Dollars ( {>= $1,000,000} ), wherein Defendants have failed to respond said completed Private Administrative Procedure and thus have acquiesed to the commission of all offenses listed below as well as those in the Private Administration Procedure /Dispute.
