I have been sending multiple letters to the Bureaus since about 4 months ago. I am getting computer generated responses and stall letters, especially from XXXX after I have asked for validation multiple times. The information from the creditors that is reporting to the Bureaus are not reporting 100 % accurate information which is against the FCRA. XXXX and XXXX are also having collection account statuses listed as OPEN. There has been no XXXX release form presented as I requested either. I have exhausted my efforts, gave several chances. Now I am demanding for these accounts to be removed completely since they are illegally reporting inaccurate information. Please view the screenshots of the accounts with the account names, account # s, and dates mail have been sent. Thank you for your help.
