I have been paying on loan over 1 year. I had a few issues at start of loan but resolved. Recently my bank had made a mistake and mishandled my bank account. I paid the NSF to XXXX for the issues. That should be enough for them but bill harassment took place after. I made a few payments after NSF took place. No issues. On XXXX I logged in account blocked from any bill pay at all. I called in. Phone bill pay not accepting my card also. I spoke to support whom was to unblock. I logged in after. Still blocked. Next customer service then harassed me more by then stating wait 15 minutes and try. I was then blocked from logging in. I then called back a 3rd time. I was unblock to login only and was supposed to be able to pay but can not because of harassment. NSF is standard business procedure even though not fair in some instances to pay for other businesses mistakes. Not part of any business agreement as a customer for them to block me from paying. First 2 sounded XXXX but doubt XXXX. 3rd sounded XXXX. I have had some harassment issues from ex-husband XXXX XXXX and his families in various states mainly XXXX they live. I also have had some harassment from step father XXXX XXXX including a statement regarding XXXX vehicles that there is a special device for XXXX vehicles in America only. I understand issues in America regarding XXXX not being well liked but maybe an excuse for harassment by them including the business as may noticeably being trying to harassment to hinder business finances here. I like my vehicle. I resent any of this be it family or business harassment. Business gave no notice of bill blocking. Not a business standard. NSF fees should be sufficient for issue. My bank does not internally bill pay to XXXX.
