XXXX marked my loan as greater than 30 days past due, reported my account as delinquent to credit bureaus, sent my account to Collections, and assessed late fees. At the time this occurred, my account was less than 30 days past due. Per their own policy, I should not have been reported. I ultimately made the payment within 30 days. When I pointed this out to them, they acknowledged it was incorrect, but refused to take any corrective action. This also affected my Cosigner. My cosigner asked them to verify that there was no affect on credit score in person and XXXX said there was not. They lied to my cosigner in person, and they lied to me in writing, and then refused to correct or even to inform me on how I could correct. I would be happy to provide writing, phone recording, and affidavit from cosigner.
