To whom it may concern, Upon reviewing my credit reports I noticed XXXX ACCOUNT # XXXX Has inconsistencies in the Date opened, date of last activity, balance, balance updated, payment history, comments, status updated, highest balance, last payment made date, payment received, date closed, payment summary. If this is the same account reported by the same creditor, then these dates can not be different.Because of this apparent neglect in ensuring 100 % accurate, consistent and up to date information on my report please DELETE this item immediately. Please refer to the date opened and date of last activity in the screenshots below. When the request changes are made, please mail me and updated copy of my credit report. The credit bureaus never did a proper " investigation '' according to the FCRA. Section 1681a of the Fair Credit Reporting Act defines an investigative consumer report as a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer 's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. They did not do this. Also they have violated my rights even more. The credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigated but how is that possible if I never gave any XXXX written consent OR authorization to use my personal information to open or close any account to use my personal information or social to open any of these fraudulent accounts. TRANSUNION AND XXXX IS REPORTING IN ACCURATE ACCOUNT INFORMATION SUCH AS BALANCE, BALANCE UPDATE DATE, PAYMENT HISTORY, COMMENTS, STATUS UPDATED DATE, LAST PAYMENT MAD DATE, PAYMENT RECEIVED, DATE CLOSED, AND THE PAYMENT SUMMARY IS IN ACCURATE.THIS ACCOUNT WAS OPEN AND CLOSED FRAUDULENTLY Also they have violated my rights even more In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report. I ask for documents with WRITTEN signature or authorization, they did not submit my request.This grounds for removal and deletion immediately. I never gave XXXX XXXX XXXX OR XXXX CARD ANY WRITTEN CONSENT OR AUTHORIZATION TO USE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO OPEN THIS ACCOUNT. THESE ARE FRAUD. I'VE ASK FOR SIGNED DOCUMENTS WITH MY SIGNATURE GIVING WRITTEN CONSENT TO OPEN THESE FRAUDULANT ACCOUNTS. XXXX IS NOT RESPONDING TO ANY MAIL, FAX OR CFPB SO HOW ARE YOU VALIDATING AND VERIFY THIS ACCOUNT. THIS IS MY LAST TIME ASKING TRANSUNION OR XXXX FOR PROOF WITH WRITTEN CONSENT AND AUTHORIZATION. XXXX HAS DELETED THIS SAME ACCOUNT DUE TO NOT BEING ABLE TO VERIFY THIS ACCOUNT. TO MY UNDERSTANDING THIS ACCOUNT IS BEING REPORTING TO ALL BURUAS AS LAW SO YOU XXXX XXXX AND TRANSUNION SHOULD ALL BE REPORTING THE SAME INFORMATION. IF YOU CAN NOT SEND ME DOCUMENTATION OR VERIFICATION DOCUMENTS ON THIS FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT PLEASE DELETE THIS ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY! I WILL NOT BE DISPUTING THIS FRAUD ACCOUNT WITH TRANSUNION OR XXXX ANY MORE AS I HAVE REQUESTED INVESTIGATION ON THIS ACCOUNT FOR OVER 8 TIMES OVER THE PAST 11 MONTHS, DUE TO YOUR NEGLECT, MY EVERYDAY LIFE HAS BEEN AFFECTED. I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION BY FILING A LAWSUIT FOR DAMAGES AND VIOLATIONS AT THE XXXX COUNTY COURT HOUSE NEXT. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT PROPERLY AS I CAN SHOW A JUDGE THIS ACCOUNT IS FRAUD AND YOU HAVE FAILED TO BLOCK FRAUDULENT INFORMATION. IF FAILED TO RESPOND IN THE NEXT 4 DAYS I WILL BE FILING A LAWSUIT AT XXXX COUNTY COURT IMMEDIATELY THANKS!
