On XX/XX/XXXX I mailed the debt collector ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) a debt validation letter. I have not yet received any communication from them. They are still reporting the debt to the credit Bureaus on XX/XX/XXXX which is the deadline for Their 30-day validation window. I would like the credit Bureau to open an investigation. That affirms I did not receive a proper debt validation that proves XXXX are legitimate owners of the debt along with a signed contract or official document where I stated I am taking on the debt. Then I would like the credit Bureau to take the collection off my credit report. As is my right under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act ( FDCPA ).
