XXXX XXXX XXXX - Date Opened - XX/XX/2015 In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act my rights have been violated as a consumer Pursuant to USC 15 1681a ( 1 ) Congress makes it clear that the banking system is dependent on accurate and fair consumer file reporting. My file is in fact not accurate nor fair. Without consulting with me first, your company received false information from alleged creditors and debt collectors and furnished my consumer report before confirming if such information is valid. This is indeed unfair credit reporting. It is the purpose of the subchapter USC 15 1681 ( a ) ( b ) that consumer reporting agencies adopt reasonable procedures for meeting the needs of commerce for consumer credit in which a manor that is fair and equitable to the consumer. This information is not relevant, fair, or accurate and was improperly used. There were no reasonable procedures meet I wasnt even contacted about this manner.
