ON MY CREDIT REPORTS, I HAVE A XXXX DAY LATE PAYMENT ON MY SUN FEDERAL ACCOUNTS WHICH WAS DONE IN ERROR. I SPOKE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE FROM XXXX XXXXXXXX BY THE NAME OF XXXX XXXX WHO ACKNOWLEDGE THE ERROR AND STATED THAT THE CREDIT BUREAUS WERE CONTACTED TO CORRECT THE ERROR. I HAVE DISPUTED THIS INFORMATION WITH THE CREDIT BUREAUS AND THEY CONTINUE TO SAY THAT THEY INVESTIGATED THE INFORMATION AND FOUND IT TO BE CORRECT ; WHEN IN FACT IT IS AN ERROR THAT THEY REFUSE TO FIX. MY ACCOUNT WAS NEVER XXXX DAYS LATE AND THE XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX SUBMITTED THE CORRECT INFORMATION WHICH XXXX, XXXX AND EQUIFAX WILL NOT FIX. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF THE LAW TO HAVE INCORRECT INFORMATION REPORTING ON MY CREDIT FILE, NOT ONLY THAT, MY CREDIT SCORE DECREASED OVER XXXX POINTS BECAUSE OF THIS. IT ISN'T FAIR THAT MY CREDIT SCORE AND MY CREDIT FILE HAVE TO SUFFER DUE TO AN ERROR THAT HAS BEEN DISPUTED NUMEROUS TIMES AND THESE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES REFUSE TO FIX.
