This account needs to be removed off my report XXXX XXXX opened XX/XX/2015. In accordance with the fair credit reporting act my rights have been violated as a consumer pursuant to USC 15 1681a ( 1 ). Congress makes it clear that the banking system is dependent on accurate and fair consumer file reporting. My file is in fact not accurate nor fair. Without consulting with me first, your company received false information from alleged creditors and debt collectors and furnished my consumer report before confirming if such information is valid. This is indeed unfair credit reporting. This does not comply with the FCRA ( Fair Credit Reporting Act ) and if it is not removed I will have my information removed from the database and no longer do business with any financial institution that uses your company to receive my information.
