My issue is with an auto loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX has a 30 day late in XXXX and XXXX but experian has XXXX late payments for XXXX & XXXX. I was never late on this loan and the auto was paid and closed between XXXX XXXX. My payment date for the account was the XXXX of each month. Ive sent multiple disputes letters and was told it would take 30 days to investigate. XXXX claimed it was verified. XXXX failed to respond. Experian claimed verified. I asked all three to send me how the late payment was verified and no response From each credit agency and letters were signed and delivered. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX to see what was going on and they told me that nothing was never late and they sent the credit bureau the closed paid off account & they stated that no one contacted them about the file because when consumers dispute item they add info in the file and nothing was in my file, so Im wondering how did they verify. Experian has 2 30 day lates but the car was paid off in XXXX so how was I late? I have no idea and no one seems to know anything. My credit report is clean! And never missed a payment on ANY account. I sent experian a letter that was delivered XX/XX/XXXX and they failed to verify in 30 days and they told me now that my letter was missing and they cant change anything.
