Hello, my name is XXXX XXXX and I am a victim of identity theft. I noticed the following problems on the date of XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX have furnished my consumer report without my consent in any way/form. My nonpublic personal information has now been shared through companies. Congress says, the consumer has the right to privacy and as a consumer the burials have gone against my rights and the laws rights! These credit bureaus are failing in protecting my information and are going against the LAW! The Fair Credit Reporting Act was made to ensure fairness and THE CONSUMERS RIGHTS TO PRIVACY THIS IS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE GRAMM LEACH BLILIEY ACT OF 1999! I am sending out this letter to have the following information deleted from my credit report instantly. Unfortunately I am a victim of my identity being taken, and I also have not made the following change. I demand the following items listed in this report be deleted from my credit report as soon as possible. I have reported the theft of my identity to the federal trade commission, I have also sent out a report through the CFPB and the XXXX XXXX XXXX and below are the copied attachments for your keeping.
