In XX/XX/2021 I went to XXXX XXXX dealership in XXXX to lease a vehicle during that time my credit was ran XXXX times by the same bank I kept bringing it to that dealership. I called multiple times letting them know that I am refinancing my house and I needed a letter explanation why my credit ran multiple times by the same bank so they called the cops saying I am harassing them when the dealership messed up. I also tried to reach out to XXXX XXXX multiple times so their lawyer reached out to me from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Florida the attorney told me that everything would be removed in 60 days if drop the court case. It is almost two years and my credit inquiries are still not removed like promised.
