I Contacted chime on XXXX XXXX In regards to unauthorized transactions completed on my account. Chime response on XXXX XXXX stating No error has happened. When In fact an error has happened the transaction wasnt completed by me I provided documents to prove my device was stolen and compromised so someone was in full control of my account. They also stated In accurate information.. saying transaction was completed in the past with the merchant and thats incorrect I have statements to prove. They basically denied any information provided without conducting a investigation being provided all incorrect information I have went above and beyond and verifying charges wasnt authorized by me and until chime does a proper investigation they will continue to deny me for something that wasnt completed by me is unacceptable
