Genesis Financial Card Services website for Indigo is not registering payments in a reasonable amount of time and charging late fees even when payments are made early. My complaint is that the Indigo Card website serviced by Genesis Card Financial Services does not register customer payments in a reasonable amount of time. The customers credit card payment does NOT reflect in payment history or transactions after the payment is made. It does not show within XXXX hours either. As of today ( XX/XX/22 ) - my Indigo Card payment that I made on the website XXXX days ago for the entire balance ( {$290.00} ) is still not showing as made ANYWHERE on the Indigo website. I made a payment at XXXX on Thursday XX/XX/22 ( paid entire Indigo balance in full {$290.00} ) and as of today - XX/XX/22 - the indigo website shows NO PAYMENT made- even though I received a payment email confirmation from Indigo on XX/XX/22. The website shows today ( XX/XX/22 ) my payment is late! I received an email today from Indigo also saying the payment is late and not received. ( Conflicting with the previous payment confirmation email I received on XX/XX/22 from Indigo ) The minimum payment for my Indigo card was due XXXX I made the full balance payment ( {$290.00} ) on XX/XX/22 at XXXX ( Thursday - a business day ) and I received a late fee today XX/XX/22 and my statement closed showing no payment was made. I made the payment XXXX day before the due date ( on a Thursday ) and it does not show on the payment history today ( Saturday- XXXX days later ) - and now shows late on the website as of XX/XX/22. I do have the email from Indigo on XX/XX/22 showing they did receive my payment {$290.00} at XXXX. I also have an email from Indigo today XX/XX/22 from saying they did not receive a payment and its late. This is a HUGE issue! And they charged me a late payment charge! I complained previously to CFPB and Genesis Financial Card Services responded that this did not happen.. its happening again!! Please help!
