I had just gotten paid the morning of XX/XX/XXXX XXXX was in process of paying bills at the time of this accurance, I get a text from money lion the institution I had my check direct deposited into saying my account was running low please deposit or make a transfer. I immediately logged on to find {$750.00} was missing from my account and was sent XXXX. I call the bank they say we will file a claim, XXXX days later a loan for {$500.00} was issued to whom ever when all said and done {$1900.00} is what XXXX account was saying that I owed. XXXX was contact only by email, they have no phone number stating that they need account info and date and etc, will investigate and respond as soon as possible, meanwhile between the XXXX institutions somehow a decision was made that no error accured. XXXX then contacts me saying I need to have the bank contact them with the information to do a charge back so I ask money lion they make me open another claim getting the same answer and told me that it's not up to them and the information was given but the no error accured decision was made and the charge back wasn't going to be made so I should ask for a refund. XXXX said they will only contact me if nessesary and fir me to get my money back the bank must contact them. A month has passed the companies seem to think I did this to myself and I still have not been refunded anything.
