On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email welcoming me to TD banks. Two days later, I received a welcoming letter to include a debit card and savings account information. I called TD Bak immediately, and they informed they would do a thorough investigation and close all accounts in my name. It is XXXX, and the accounts were never closed, and TD Bank never called me or sent the required documentation showing the status of the investigation. I believe TD Bank in XXXX ; PA used my information to fraud open accounts to make sales, and a Federal Investigation should take place, and I should be paid for Fraud.
