Consumer Narrative

I called my loan provider great lakes on XX/XX/2022 to start the refund process for the XXXX student loan forgiveness. I called back mid XXXX to check the status of my loan being reinstated and the refund of my loan repayment and they told me to wait another XXXX to XXXX weeks. I call again in that time line and I'm told my refund process was canceled and was reinstated today. I am just wanting to get back the money I paid during the time period it's being promised to be paid back and I feel like something shady might be going on.
