This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681 ( c ) and a serious breach of privacy rights. Please validate info with these companies and provide me with a copy of any documentation associated with these accounts bearing my signature, authorizing an inquiry. In the absence of any such documentation bearing my signature, I formally request that these fraudulent inquiries be immediately deleted from the credit file you maintain under my Social Security Number.
