Account : XXXX XXXX This account has never had any late payments made by me. I have always had this account on autopay to take atleast the minium payment. I have not been in any sort of financial troubles. The current company is not the company that reported that missed payment. My account was sold to this company. I asked the furnishing company, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX to provide me valid proof of a 30 day late payment. All these companies simply responeded by saying the account is valid and reporting accurately. I submitted a compalint back in XXXX of XXXX and the furnishing company just responded by saying the account is reporting accurate. I have also disputed with all 3 credit bureaus. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
