I have disputed this account numerous times. The account does not belong to me. I have never applied had or applied for a account with XXXX XXXX XXXX or LVNV FUNDING XX/XX/XXXX and its reporting to my credit as a derogatory account. I have no knowledge of this account at all. Drivers license and social security cards should be required before someone is allowed to apply for a account because this is not my doing. There is also a hard inquire on my credit report for XXXX XXXX DL and I did not apply for a account with them either. I contacted them and they told me they dont have a application on file for me to even be able to help me but its definitely on my credit report XX/XX/XXXX as if I inquired with them. I dont understand what is going on. This is very frustrating and not fair to me at all.
