On XX/XX/2022 at XXXX XXXX. XXXX from wells Fargo refused to help me with the proper filing of a dispute because the bank does not allow a consumer to file for a chargeback on issues with billing errors or abuse of terms of service by the provider. She refused to transfer me to another banker and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I explained my claim was already filed, to which she responded she was denying it. I questioned how the bank could deny a claim without documentation to which she responded she didn't need it. This is in violation of my rights and I will close the account immediately after I have this issue resolved. Dispute # XXXX
