I have taken a look at my credit report which has caused some confusion. I used my social security number/card defined under 15 USC 1602 XXXX l ) to extend credit with Bridgecrest to obtain a vehicle. I am a natural person, a federally protected consumer, and the original creditor defined under 15 USC 1602 ( g ). The vehicle which is subject to the transaction was used primarily for personal, family and household purposes. Bridgecrest has engaged in extortion and racketeering activity defined under Title 18 Chapter 42. Bridgecrest has violated my consumer rights : XXXX15 USC 1602 ( k ) : I was not informed on the cost of credit. I never received written adequate notice that sets for the pertinent facts for this consumer credit transaction XXXX15 USC 1601 ( a ) : XXXX makes it clear that consumer credit would be strengthen by the informed use of credit. The only decision I was given after the consummation of the transaction was to make payments without penalty which is a violation of 18 USC 880 -15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( XXXX ) ( B ) : I, the consumer, have never been given the opportunity to direct that my nonpublic personal information should not be disclosed to nonaffiliated XXXX parties such as XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. Nor was I given an explanation on how to exercise the nondisclosure option which is a violation of 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( XXXX ) ( C ). -15 USC 1666 ( a ) ( XXXX ) I am aware that all extensions of credit are tied to my social security card and that the XXXX XXXX is obligated to all debts under 18 USC 8. Bridgecrest has illegally repossessed my vehicle to cause harm. They have also reported late payments to my consumer report. I am requesting additional clarification in regards to the billing errors under code 15 USC 1666 ( b ) ( XXXX ) documentary evidence under 15 USC 44 includes books of account.
