Hello, My name is XXXX XXXX, I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, I paid off the balance on XX/XX/XXXX, it's now XX/XX/XXXX and I haven't received my car title. I have contacted Hyundai Finance in writing in XXXX of XXXX, and I have called multiple times, in writing, I have contacted XXXXXXXX XXXX by phone and in written ( XXXX of XXXX ) for my title to no avail. I have recently ( XX/XX/XXXX ) conversed with Hyundai Lease Titling Trust directly to resolve this issue to no avail. Since XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX I have been calling and requesting every intity involved to aquire my title, as of XX/XX/XXXX I have yet to receive my car title. I have also visited my local tag office in XXXX, Georgia to aquire my title, I was informed the title hasn't been released from Hyundai Lease Titling Trust. It is my understanding, by law, a company has 30 days to issue the consumer their title. Please contact me on how to pursue this urgent matter.
