A XXXXXXXX XXXX processed by ReadyCapital has been reported as delinquent to XXXX, after I filed a complaint with the XXXX XXXX XXXX because the loan name is not my name. It looked like a fraudulent transaction between some loan processor and ReadyCapital, under the label of XXXX. I requested XXXX to fix it, but XXXX said that only ReadyCapital can do it. Despites of letters, and many calls that were never answered the problem persists. Even the XXXX XXXX of XXXX did not answer my complaint. I do not know many cases are like this, but this is affecting my credit.
