I have a account with grain technology that I continuously have issues with. I have been trying to get my counts paid and resolved since XXXX of this year. I can not get in contact with a representative via phone or do they respond to numerous emails I have been sending them. I even took the measures of trying to contact this creditor via social media. I have get maybe XXXX responses a month after my email if not longer. I finally got a representative to respond with a payment invoice which did not work. This account has now been closed since of XX/XX/XXXX. This company has been racking up interest and fees and tearing my credit apart when all Im trying to do is assess my account and pay my debt. I have not been able to get a line of credit with my own job because of this one creditor I have not been able to get a vehicle for my family because its one creditor. I have delinquencys and now the account has been closed and charged off and yet I still can I cant say great technology. I have been fighting with the credit bureaus about this I just dont know what to do anymore and Im pretty sure this is not legal. Can someone please contact me back with the next step is that I should take or point me in the next direction.
