1st Tribal Lending denied my COVID HUD Forbearance application because I didn't send in an extra copy of the application. Then in XXXX of 2021 we had water damage and our insurance sent them a check and we paid the contractor out of pocket because we " thought '' the funds they received from our insurance claim would be added to our mortgage balance due because we could not pay our mortgage due to XXXX. Then we were/are approved for XXXX funds and they will not respond to our XXXX representative when she told them we have $ XXXX in funds available. They denied us for their mortgage assistance program and now we are in Foreclosure. I don't understand how they can hold on to our insurance money, deny us assistance, and deny XXXX funds on our behalf. I work for a housing authority and this is unheard of!
