I am blocked on line with rp Funding to make a payment. My chime bank does not give checks or online bill pay. I was approved for XXXX. A supervisor from rp FundinXXXX approved all fees to be waved while XXXX is making partial payments for me. I call to make payments I was told several times after calling 13 times to make {$110.00} payment they won't wave the fee of XXXX. I don't have XXXX and have no vehicle. I am a XXXX XXXX and I am be I ng penalized because of it. They don't care that a supervisor XXXX XXXX has approved the over the payment fee be waived until XX/XX/2023 when I get off XXXX
