Selene Finance XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX has taken money from my checking account two times in one month, in XXXX, XXXX two payments of {$1100.00} were taken from my checking account ( total of {$2300.00} ). Right after those payments were taken I was sent a printed mortgage statement for {$2300.00} due the very next month XX/XX/2022 ( that number doesn't make sense because there is not even a late fee included in this number, which also indicates that I am on time and current ). At the same time, online my log-in account with Selene Finance shows that no payment to come out until XXXX which would allow me an extra month to catch up due to me having two recorded payments, instead of this inaccurate promise {$1100.00} was taken very recently XX/XX/2022, from Selene Finance L Selene Fin XXXX XXXX My escrow account shows ( {$3400.00} ) needs to be audited/evaluated and the difference sent back to me immediately. There is no reason to have that much in the account for escrow. I am currently seeking {$2300.00} from Selene Finance because they have taken extra payments, not in agreement with my loan documents and verbiage. This is along the lines of predatory lending and my bank account is always at risk of overdraft or bouncing with these types of mismanagement. Any mistakes will start a foreclosure process.
