From the period of XX/XX/2022 to XX/XX/2022, I was on a hardship plan with Upgrade. I opted into the hardship plan because I was getting ready to separate from XXXX XXXX service in the XXXX in XXXX of 2022 and due to my military move, I needed to adjust my finances. While making payments every month, Upgrade Inc falsely reported that I had missed 4 months of payments in XXXX. I had consistently made payments during the summer for the amount of {$92.00}. I was never informed that my payments were less than the amount I was actually supposed to pay ( {$130.00} ). Additionally, I had not been given notice that my payments were flagged as late until XX/XX/XXXX. Due to them failing to inform me ahead of time to correct the error, my credit score has tanked and Upgrade Inc refuses to submit a correction to the credit Bureau. Multiple complaints have been filed to the XXXX by others regarding Upgrade Inc and the way they conduct business for consumers. Im requesting any assistance to correct my credit and plan to cancel my account.
