XXXX Hurricane Laura causes significant damage to my home and it is unlivable XXXX Hurricane Delta causes additional water damage to my home XX/XX/XXXX - Repairs completed on my home can not get XXXX to pay even when supplemental claims and estimates were provided in a timely manner multiple times. I had to pay mostly out of pocket for $ XXXX in damages XX/XX/XXXX - hired a public adjuster who worked my claim and XXXX denied payment, filed suit through an attorney in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX settlement agreement reached with XXXX during mediation XXXX Homepoint Financial receives my settlement check and has held it ever since. They will not release my payment even though they Refinanced the house in XX/XX/XXXX and transferred the loan in XX/XX/XXXX to a new servicer with a greater value assessment than the previous year. I have never missed a single payment. I need my settlement money released to my attorney so that I can pay my XXXX and recuperate the out-of-pocket money I spent to rebuild without the assistance of XXXX for over two years. XX/XX/XXXX Attorney spoke with a supervisor in loss department and they still have not released any of the funds.
