Consumer Narrative
I went to the beach one time in XXXX and when swimming my phone and cards were stolen someone used them and racked up a large bill. Once noticed I took action and filed a dispute they cleared my account for a couple months then added everything back on. I tried again and they did the same thing. This card is discover. I live in a small island where we have limited stores since it was used in the same area as where I lived they are considering it not fraud but if there is only limited places to shop they can only go to certain places. Discover will not budge or help clear any charges
