I was XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX ive been in the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. Sometime during my XXXX my credit card information was stolen. However both XXXX bank and weitman Weinberg reis and co refuse to acknowledge this and they're trying to force me to make payment on charges that I didn't do. Any charges that happened between XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX I didn't do nor did I give anyone consent. Weinberg has told me on the phone that I said in a conversation that I stated that someone could use my card and they would make payment. That's absolutely false. I asked to hear this recording but they've refused to let me hear it. I pretty much think they're bullying me and being prejudicial toward me because I told them I had been XXXX I've enclosed the documents to show my proof of XXXX. The balance in question is {$9100.00}
