I keep receiving collection notices from Medical Revenue Service on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX for which my insurance company has paid the amount they owe and for which I have paid the co-pays. I believe XXXX XXXX is balance billing for services I received. My insurance, XXXX XXXX, has spoken to them and so have I but they continue to try to collect. I have notified the hospital of this as well and sent them copies of both my insurance company 's paid benefits notifications and my credit card records of payment. I have been told by my insurance company that I do not owe for anything other than what they have paid and my co-payments and that the hospital is balance billing. This has happened repeatedly for several different billings and I have replied to each one in the same way. I feel like they are harassing me for money they are not owed.
