United States postal service sent me a copy of the signed delivery confirmation upon delivery to the XXXX XXXX XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MO XXXX. As of today, XXXX, the financial payment service for the United States Department of Education claims my student loan payment is " unable to be located. '' I have shared the original copy of the XXXX employee 's signature on the delivery confirmation and the XXXX employee 's signature on the payment receipt for cashing my {$7700.00} payment. It is shameful that XXXX is illegally reporting student loans as outdated collections on credit reports after cashing customers ' checks for nearly XXXX XXXX dollars.
